These six Zuku Packages include the following;
- Zuku Smart package.
- Zuku Smart Plus Package.
- Zuku Classic.
- Zuku Premium Package.
The other 2 extra Zuku packages available alongside the above packages are;
- Zuku Asian stand-alone Packages.
- Zuku TV Asian Buy-Through Package.
Zuku Smart Package
Zuku’s Smart Package is the cheapest in terms of price, going for as low as Ksh. 449 only. When you pay for this Zuku TV package, you get the following;
- Access to 42 various TV channels
- Access to 19 radio stations
- Access to all Kenyan local Channels.

Zuku First-time Installation Price
When purchasing and installing Zuku Tv for the first, all customers will incur Ksh. 3,699 which comes inclusive of installation. You will also receive a one-month free premium package for you to try out and judge. In the second month, you will now be able to choose the Zuku Package.

How To Pay For Zuku Packages – Zuku Pay bill Number
Zuku has made it possible for you to renew or upgrade your zuku packages through various methods. You could be able to pay for your Zuku packages through the following methods;
- Mobile money transfer methods
- Mpesa Zuku Paybill number
- Airtel Money Paybill number
- Equitel Paybill number
- Eazzy Banking app
- Through your desired credit or debit card
- Payment through the bank
Let me now take you through each process step by step.
Through Mobile Transfer Methods – Zuku Paybill Number
Payment Through Mpesa – Mpesa Paybill Number
- Open the Mpesa sim tool kit, which you can access through your phone’s app menu.
- Go to Mpesa, then “Lipa na M-pesa”
- Select “pay bill”, which is the first option among the three options you see.
- Select Enter pay bill number, where we will input the Zuku TV paybill number.
- In the paybill number, enter 320323 as Zuku TV’s Mpesa paybill number. Click ok.
- In the next screen, you will be asked to input the account number, here enter your Zuku TV account number.
- Next, enter the amount you want to pay according to the Zuku package of your choice and press ok
- Enter your mpesa pin and press ok to complete the transaction.
- Wait a few minutes for your payment details to reflect.
Zuku Packages Payment Through Airtel – Airtel Money Paybill Number
- On your phone’s Sim Tool Kit, access the Airtel money menu.
- Then choose the “make payment” option, which is the third option.
- Select the pay bill option
- On the next screen options, because there is no Zuku TV option, select the other
- On the next screen, enter the Zuku paybill name, which is “ZUKUSAT“.
- Next, enter the amount you want to pay, according to the Zuku Tv Package of your choice.
- Enter your Airtel Money pin.
- In the next screen, you will be asked for a reference number, here enter your Zuku account number.
- After completing the transaction, an email will be sent to you and an SMS. Your payment will take about 15 to 20 minutes to reflect, so be a little patient.
Zuku Payment via Equitel Line
For this option, make sure you have your Equitel line active on your phone.
- Go to Equitel on your phone, through Equitel’s Sim Tool Kit.
- On the next menu, we are going to use the “My Money” option, so select this option
- On the next option, select the pay/send option
- Select the payment option you want. Since the Zuku Tv option is not here, we will select “others”
- Enter the Zuku TV paybill number on the next screen. Zuku Tv Paybill number is 320323. I hope you have noticed that it is the same as the Zuku TV Mpesa Paybill Number.
- Then enter your account number and press ok to proceed
- Enter the amount you want to pay depending on the Zuku packages you desire.
- Enter your Equitel account pin
- You will then receive a confirmation message to notify you that your transaction was successful.
- Equitel payment to Zuku TV takes about 30 minutes to one hour to reflect.
