Those who are overweight tend to gain somewhere around 15 pounds to 25. For those with normal weight, they will tend to gain about 25 to 35 pounds.

Therefore, knowing the amount of weight you might gain, will help you control your daily calories intake, which by the way, I not supposed to be above 1500 calories per day. It will also help you estimate the number of calories you need to burn per day to avoid excessive weight gain.

  • Be active and exercise.
