One way customers can use the Easy Coach bus online booking is via the Easy Coach website or through BuuPass, BuuPass being the most common and preferred method. BuuPass has provided a platform where it has connected not only Easy coach bus services but other transport companies, like Coast Bus or Greenline Bus, to their customers.

The customer simply has to search for a route, and they will be told which bus is available for the route, and their price comparisons. After that, you have to select a seat and pay for it. How To Use Easy Coach Bus Online Booking To Book For A Seat

To book an Easy Coach bus online, there are three options;

• Using the easy coach app
• Using BuuPass Website

Using Easy Coach Bus App To Book Ticket Online

You will need a smartphone, a stable internet connection, and a registered Mpesa account with money in it to use this method. The amount of money you must pay will depend on the destination. You can use the table of contents to jump to section where i have provided an updated route for fare charged by Easy Coach.

• Open your smartphone application store, search for “Easycoach booking”, and install the app.
• Open the application, agree to the terms and conditions, and allow any permissions the app requires.
• Sign in using your phone number if you are already registered. If not, click on the “Register here” option. You can also use your Google account to sign in, which is easier.
• Click the Leaving From and Going To options to select your departure location and destination.
• Then, choose a travel date and click on proceed. You will see a list of buses available for that date and their departure time. Make sure you choose the correct easy coach bus and departure time to suit your schedule and avoid inconvenience on the day of travelling.
• You will be provided the seats available, with the white ones being vacant, or available, while the grey ones already taken. Choose the one you want.
• Click on the patient details section at the bottom of the screen and fill out your details. Click the Proceed to Pay option to continue to payment.
• Enter the Mpesa number you want to use to pay for your Easy Coach Bus online ticket, and then click proceed to pay.
• You will receive a Mpesa prompt requesting you to enter your Mpesa PIN to complete the transaction.

After you complete the process, you will receive a notification from the Easy Coach Bus Online booking platform that you have successfully purchased your bus ticket and when you are expected to be at the bus station for your journey. Don’t delete this message because you will use it to board your bus.

An email with the same information will also be sent to you. You can choose to either print either of the two. When you reach the station, they will print your receipt if you want one.

This process is fairly similar; the difference is that you won’t be installing any application on your phone. To book for an Easy Coach bus using BuuPass,

• Enter the place you want to board from on the “From” option and the destination on the “To” option.
• Select the date you want to travel and click on search. You will be provided by various bus companies who also have their online booking setup with BuuPass. Look for Easy Coach and click on the “Select Seat” option.
• Select the seat you want, white seats are the ones that are not booked, while gray ones have already been occupied.
• After selecting a seat, select proceed to payment, enter your details and pay.
